1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. We ship exclusively within the United States (US Only). We do not deliver to international destinations, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We provide 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

Q: What are your order handling and transit times?

  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 5 - 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Once your equipment is dispatched (within the 1-2 day handling window), we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct carrier link.

2. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return window?

A: You have 30 days from the verified carrier delivery date to request a formal return.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?

A: Yes. A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all non-defective machinery returns (buyer's remorse). This fee covers heavy-freight inspection and warehouse repackaging costs.

Q: What condition must the machinery be in for a return?

A: The equipment must be completely unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging (securely strapped to the pallet/crate as delivered). For safety reasons, any motorized equipment must be completely drained of fuel and oil prior to return transit.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Buyer's Remorse: The customer is responsible for coordinating and paying all return freight costs.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If the unit arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or cover the return costs at no charge to you.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: You can cancel or modify your order strictly within the initial 1-2 business day handling window before the item is dispatched. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
